In Oklahoma, food business springs up to support oil-and-gas boom

Camala Hinkle, an Oklahoman who has hauled water to oil and natural gas well sites for several years, has started a new business venture.

The Oklahoman reports that when an oil crew worker told her he was tired of eating Ramen noodles and "beanie weenies" every day, she decided to start a business that delivers hot meals to workers on site. Her business now has 22 employees, including four crews that deliver to a two our radius of her Erick, Okla., headquarters.
